SPECIALISATION IN DIGITAL FILM MAKING AND TELEVISION

This specialisation offers an opportunity to develop the understanding, ability and the practical experience necessary to enter media related industries with a particular emphasis on digital video, television production and film making. It is also designed to provide extensive opportunities for hands on work with a particular feature involving the development of digital video production. Video practice includes a range of practical issues associated with the development of moving images. The technology provides the technical spine for the programme and incorporates a variety of technological principles necessary for the study of media production.

The course is designed for people who want to be in the media business and students who want to find a place in the world of converging media forms.
APTITUDE :
Those who possess the talent in creative writing, art, literature, photography or a journalism background will have an advantage during admission. A personal digital movie handy cam is compulsory. The college will help the student purchase an apt model if he/she does not possess one already.
