PROF. RAMA BHARATHA VARMA
HEAD, ACADEMICS AND ADMINISTRATION,
DCSMAT INSTITUTIONS
PRINCIPAL & ASSOCIATE DEAN, BUSINESS SCHOOL
Prof. Rama Bharatha Varma holds an M. Phil in
English and Postgraduate degrees in English,
Advertising & Public Relations and Marketing.
Both a poet and an artist, he has four volumes of
English Poems and several painting exhibitions
to his credit. A reputed management trainer, Prof
Varma has conducted training programmes for
many corporates. He has got thirty seven years of
postgraduate teaching experience.
JAMES JOSEPH
James Joseph studied civil engineering from T.K.M
College of Engineering, Quilon, but eventually
strayed into moviemaking due to his passion for it.
A reputed communication consultant and ad-film
maker, James Joseph has been involved with many
corporate institutions and ad-agencies in evolving
their visual campaigns and has made more than a
hundred documentaries.
James Joseph’s book on modern Physics was
awarded the Kerala State government’s Science
and Technology Award for the Best Popular
Science book in 1992. His debut film ‘Galileo’ was
selected to Indian Panorama in 1994 and IFFK ’95
and has also won the Critics Award in 1995.His
documentary C.V Raman has won the Kerala State
Award for the best documentary and also The
Buddha Award in 1998.He has also won many
national and international Awards in Photograph
and served as Jury member to Prestigious Award
Committees.
SATHEESH KESAVAN
Satheesh Kesavan studied B.A in English Language
and Literature from university of Kerala and
Science and Technology Communication Course
at Development and Educational Communication
Unit (DECU), Space Application Centre,
Ahmedabad.
A rich and vast experience spanning over 22 years
in electronic Media, especially in TV
communication as Director, Script writer and
Producer. He has worked with prestigious
organizations like Doordarshan, C-Dit, KSFDC and
Kairali TV. His last assignment was as Creative
Director at PAN Arabian Network, a production
Centre in Dubai Media City. His Kerala Diary-the
State of Environment in Kerala won the award for
the Third Best Film on Environment in the first
International Video Festival on science and
environment, Trivandrum in1995.He has also won
the Nana Award for the best news based
programme telecasted in Malayalam for Kerala
Diary in 1995 and the Special Jury Certificate in
‘ENFEST’ for the programme Malamukalil Thalam
Thettumbol in 1996.
PROF. DILEEP KUMAR. M
CHIEF PROGRAMME OFFICER, PGDM
MA., MSW., M. Phil., P.HD (Sub), PGDBA.,
PGDHRM, DHA., DLL., (UGC-NET)
Prof. Dileep Kumar. M, the Chief Programme Officer
of the PGDM program, DC School of Media and
Business, Trivandrum, has more than 10 years of
experience in the field of academics, research,
training and consultancy. He worked in many
premier Business Schools all over India. He also has
to his credit 56 online publications, which includes
Case Studies, research reports and articles in
Strategic Management, Organizational Behavior,
Marketing Management and Human Resource
Management. He has designed and conducted a
number of management excellence programs. His
areas of interest are Strategic HR, Performance
Measurement & Management, Training and
Development, Competency Mapping and
Organizational Behavior.
SREEMITH N.
Sreemith N. studied Masters Degree in Journalism
and Communication from Mahatma Gandhi
University and Post Graduate Diploma in Science
and Development Communication from Centre
For Development of Imaging Technology,
Trivandrum. He has scripted, directed and
videographed TV programmes and
documentaries. He has published articles on
human interest topics in various magazines and
dailies.Won the award for the Best Documentary
in SOMS film Festival conducted in collaboration
with Kerala Chalachithra academy and PRD of
Kerala and has composed music for short films and
documentaries. An All India Radio B grade Artist
for Percussion and Drama, Sreemith is
percussionist for music bands.
SAJIKUMAR P.
Sajikumar holds an M.Com in Finance from Kerala
University and Journalism Diploma from
Bharathiya Vidya Bhavan. He has worked in All India
Radio, Thiruvananthapuram as Newsreader,
Programme Assistant and Drama artist for 9 years.
He wrote the screen play for the film Kanne
Madanguka which won three Kerala State Film awards in 2005 and was selected to the Indian
Panorama. Directed the Tele film Aasantha
theeram, telecast in DD-1. He has scripted and
directed documentaries and television
programmes and also published articles in
Deshabhimani daily, Weblokam.com & PRD
Publications.
RAJESH KUMAR A. R
Qualified as multimedia expert & graphic artist,
Rajesh Kumar has a Masters Certification in 3d
animation using alias wavefront maya from MUV
Institute of Digital Arts Chennai in 2003. He has
also certified in 3d animation (3ds max) and TV
post production from ADHUNIK Animations,
Trivandrum and has received training for AVID
softimage XSI from Real Image, Mumbai. He worked
as the Head of Academic and 3d Animation
Department of Keltron animation campus at
Trivandrum.
An animation training expert, he created graphics
for various channels, made an animation album and
was part of the team that designed the animation
serial Andy & Candy.
MEERA BALAKRISHNAN
Meera Balakrishnan holds an M.Sc in Biomedical
Instrumentation and Bachelor of Education in
Physical Sciences from Mahatma Gandhi
University. She also has a Diploma in 3D animation
from Toonz Animation Academy. She worked as an
animator in Digital Fantasy, Trivandrum and as a
Faculty Member in Vismayam School of Animation
and Special Effects, Trivandrum. Rigging and
Animation in Maya are her key skills.
